Absolutely. I'm based in the Hunter Valley and regularly film throughout Newcastle and Sydney. I've also travelled interstate and internationally for weddings, including an unforgettable shoot in Yosemite. Travel within 200km or 350km from Newcastle (depending on your package) is included, and I'm always up for an adventure beyond that.

Most couples book 9-12 months in advance, but I've filmed weddings with just a few weeks' notice. If your date is available, let's make it happen. Popular dates  fill up quickly, so reach out as soon as you can.

I'm there to document your day as it unfolds naturally, but I also love getting creative during couple and bridal party shoots. I use professionally licensed music that suits the mood and flow of your film. If you have specific song preferences or styles you love, let me know and I'll do my best to find something similar that works with the edit.

You'll receive your highlight film within 4-8 weeks after your wedding. For packages that include a full day film, allow an additional 2-4 weeks. I know the wait can feel long, but I take the time to craft something you'll treasure forever.

Raw footage isn't included in the standard packages, but it can be added for an additional fee. Keep in mind that raw footage is unedited, uncorrected, and includes everything from camera adjustments to test shots. Most couples find the edited films give them everything they need. Files can be upwards of 254GBs specially if shot in 4K.

If your day runs longer than your package coverage, I'm usually flexible and can stay for extra hours at an additional rate. We can discuss this beforehand or sort it out on the day if needed.

Life happens, and I understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, I'll do my best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability.

If I'm available on your new date, your payment can be transferred at no additional cost within 18 months of your original wedding date. If I'm not available or if you choose to cancel altogether, all payments are non-refundable as they secure your date and turn away other bookings.

All cancellation and rescheduling terms are clearly outlined in the booking agreement before you commit.
